There are 12 separate modules with a test at the end of each. They are completed online and in your own time. Some exams will be marked by an assessor and some are multiple choice. Your results will appear on your progress report. Your overall mark achieved will be your final grade for your holiday rep ticket diploma.
The study modules will give you a deeper knowledge of what it's like working as any type of holiday rep and not only help when attending your holiday rep interview, but it will also be much easier for you to complete the tour operators training course program once you are employed.
