The course work that will be contained within your training will come in the form of online manuals and training videos. There is around 40 hours worth of study material in total contained within the training. Each module ends with an exam that is to be completed online, so you don't have to worry about attending any training venues or sitting in a stressful exam room, just complete it in your own time in the comfort of your own home.
Once your exams have been submitted they will be marked and a progress report will be updated to show each modules results.

There are 12 separate modules with a test at the end of each. They are completed online and in your own time. Some exams will be marked by an assessor and some are multiple choice. Your results will appear on your progress report.
The study modules will give you a deeper knowledge of the different roles overseas and it will also be much easier for you to complete the tour companies training course program once you are employed and give you a better understanding of what holiday rep position would suit you.
